- Why is it important to study kinesiology? In your
response please talk about how knowledge of kinesiology
can be useful in real life situations. Include the
concept of “safety-effectiveness-efficiency”
in your answer.
- According to our text there are three phases of
a motion analysis. In a table, list the three phases
and what should be done in each phase by the evaluator.
- What is the simultaneous-sequential nature of movement?
State why we need to know about this principle.
- Choose one activity from Appendix G in the text,
and list one set of simultaneous parts of the movements
and one set of sequential parts of the movement.
