    • Read Chapter 12.

    • Turn to the Laboratory Experiences at the end of Chapter 11, and complete items 4, 7, and 10. Write your findings in a document and submit the lab activity to your mentor on or before Sunday of Week 5.

    • Turn to the Laboratory Experiences at the end of Chapter 12, and complete items 1, 3 (use a plastic bottle!), 8 and 14. Please submit the lab activity to your mentor on or before Sunday of Week 5.
