TES-1120 Introduction to Project Management


This foundational course in project management is designed for anyone who has not yet managed complex projects in a professional, social, or private environment. Project management skills are critical for an organization's competitive advantage. This course will examine and explain several pragmatic tools and applications for managing successful projects.
