2.4: How does the nervous system help in movement?

In order to understand how skeletal muscles are instructed to move, we will briefly examine how nerves supply signals for the muscles to move. Human motion is a finely tuned coordination of movements, corrections and controls that allow for adjustment and refinement of motion. Let’s look at the components that make skeletal muscles move.
