NUR-4100 Nursing Care of Vulnerable Populations
In this course, students are provided with the opportunity to examine the needs of individuals, families, and populations who are experiencing vulnerability at the psychosocial and physiological level. The course is designed to be taken concurrently with NUR-4430: Public Health Nursing and NUR-5290: Health Policy and is only open to Accelerated 2nd Degree BSN Program students.
Prerequisite: Completion of NUR-4000: Nursing Care Across the Lifespan, NUR-4180: Research in Nursing, and NUR-5310: Nursing Informatics: Concepts and Issues. This course is campus based with a clinical component.
