NUR-419 Exploring Evidence-Based Practice and Research in Nursing

This course guides students to apply evidence-based practice (EBP) to nursing by incorporating the research process. Students focus on critical-thinking skills to utilize the best available evidence and integrate ethical principles to develop an evidence-based proposal for a quality-improvement or nursing-practice change.

Prerequisite: A course equivalent to HPS-200: Statistics for the Health Professions.
