EDD-8500 Seminar in Global Leadership: Enigmas and Exemplars
This course provides students the opportunity to explore classic models of leadership as well as unique approaches that are effective within specific situations in a global context. The course is designed to allow students to analyze major theories and models of leadership, evaluate the effectiveness of these theories in a practical international context, and apply various leadership approaches to maximize competitive advantage. Students will model and adapt their personal style and ethics for real-world application. Students will also develop and improve their personal and practical approaches to global leadership and management through an examination of case studies.
