CLD-2100 Operation and Management of Cloud Computing Systems
This course reviews standard cloud methodologies and provides an overview of the concepts and methods used in DevOps support, operations, and management of cloud computing systems. Topics covered include the deployment, maintenance, security, and optimization of cloud services and solutions as well as the remediation of common issues related to cloud management. This course covers many topics found in the CompTIA Cloud+ certification exam.
Advisory: It is advisable to have knowledge in courses equivalent to the following with a grade of C or better to succeed in this course: CLD-1100: Introduction to Cloud Computing; ITS-1500: Computer Programming I; ITS-1300: Database Fundamentals; ITS-1400: Introduction to Networking; and ITS-2610: Linux. Students are responsible for making sure they have the necessary knowledge.
