HUS-3050 Group Processes

This course explores the dynamics of group processes essential for effective human services practice. Students will understand how groups develop through distinct stages - from formation and initial engagement to working productively and through termination. The curriculum integrates theoretical foundations, multicultural perspectives, and ethical considerations while emphasizing practical facilitation skills.
