NUR-4450 Validating Nursing Competence

This course in the Bachelor of Science in Nursing education sequence enables students to validate nurse generalist competency. It focuses on validating professional nurse competencies through the development of a quality improvement project.

Prerequisite: Students must have 100 completed college credits before enrolling in NUR-4450.

Advisory: Clearance by a nursing advisor is needed to register for this course. Please make an appointment with nursing or email nursing@tesu.edu for clearance to register for this course.

BSN students: This course is offered 6 times per year during Session 1 and Session 2 of each 16-week Nursing Undergraduate term. Please check the 16-Week School of Nursing Undergraduate Academic Calendar for dates and registration information.
